in Fleckney
Fleckney is a short drive south-east of our LE8 base, and we cover the whole village and the surrounding countryside towards Kibworth and Saddington.
We don't advertise a set response time to Fleckney, but our line is covered 24/7. When you call, we'll tell you honestly when we can get there, and talk you through what to do in the meantime if water is coming in.
Homes in Fleckney
Fleckney has grown from a small village into a large one, so it has older cottages and terraces in the centre alongside post-war housing and modern estates. That means we see everything from traditional slate and clay roofs to modern concrete tiles with dry-fix ridges.
What Every Fleckney Job Includes
Whether it's one slipped tile or a full re-roof, every Fleckney job starts the same way: a free inspection for homeowners, with a drone where it helps, followed by a photographic report so you can see the problem for yourself. Then you get a fixed price in writing, with the guarantee for your job confirmed before you say yes. We keep the roof weathertight at the end of each working day, clear away old materials as we go, and leave the site tidy when we finish.
Covering Fleckney and the Surrounding Area
Fleckney is one of nine towns and villages we cover regularly from our base in LE8 4FF. As well as Fleckney, we work in Blaby, Leicester, Lutterworth and across Leicester and Blaby, so if you have family or a rental property nearby, the same team and the same fixed-price promise apply there too. Normal working hours are 6:30am to 6:30pm, and the emergency line is covered 24/7.

"Had a leak pop up after all that crazy rain and these guys came out way quicker than I expected. They showed up on time and dealt with the issue the same day. Price was fair for the work and they cleaned up after themselves, which I appreciated. So far, no more leaks and everything looks solid. Would definitely call them again if I need any roof work in the future."

Local roof problems
Common Roof Problems
in Fleckney
Mixed building ages
With homes from very different eras side by side, each roof needs its own approach. A repair that suits a modern estate house is wrong for a period cottage.
Exposed rural position
Open farmland around Fleckney leaves some roofs exposed to wind-driven rain, which finds its way under worn tiles and flashings.
Moss and debris
Trees and open countryside bring moss, leaves and debris into gutters and valleys, causing water to back up under tiles.
Newer roofs failing early
Even newer roofs can leak where ventilation, flashings or dry-fix systems were poorly installed.
Leicestershire's weather brings frequent rain, winter frosts and occasional strong winds. Frost cracks mortar and porous tiles, rain finds every gap in worn underlay, and wind lifts anything already loose. Catching these problems early with a free inspection is far cheaper than repairing water damage inside your Fleckney home.
