About these terms
These terms apply to this website and to quotes and work provided by Greystone Roofing Solutions, LE8 4FF.
Quotes
Every job is quoted at a fixed price. Your quote sets out the work included. Any additional work you ask for, or that is discovered and agreed with you, will be quoted separately before it goes ahead.
Inspections
Quotes and inspections are free and without obligation for property owners. A £75 call-out fee applies to inspections where the customer does not own the property, for example a prospective buyer.
Guarantees
All our work is guaranteed. A new roof comes with a 25-year guarantee as standard. Work involving breathable membrane is usually guaranteed for 10 years and in some cases 5 years. Cement work such as mortar and pointing is guaranteed for 5 years. The guarantee for your job is confirmed in writing with your quote.
Insurance
Greystone Roofing Solutions holds public liability insurance.
Payment
Payment terms will be set out in your quote.
